Kindred-Wet-Spirits
We happened to have a really heavy thunderstorm one late, wet, August night in Surprise, AZ. Well, the boys didn't waste any time and ran out into our front yard to soak it all up. Although it was late, and dark, I just had to capture this moment because it was so tender and sweet. In this small moment of time, they were brothers enjoying the exact same thing at the same time in the same way. There were no obstacles or disabilities between them---just joy and love. Who knew a little rain could do all that?
A New Discovery
Ash just discovered that he could climb up onto the counter and then, making a fun game out of it, I would sneak up to him, grab him and run...tossing him onto our huge LoveSac beanbag. He thought this was the greatest thing since Lagoon! Soon Jonah got in on the fun and I soon became very tired :*) But it was worth it to see their huge smiles captured here, forever.
FHE at Marley Park
This was the last time we visited Marley Park's splash pad. We knew our move was coming up to Phoenix from Surprise so we made the most of our time and got some pizza, grabbed the friend and had FHE at the park. Although it was very warm and muggy, we had a good time getting wet and watching the beautiful sunset. Good-bye Marley Park! We'll miss you!
Coming to a Close
Lagoon!
It was this trip that Jonah uttered those famous words, "I'm afraid of heights!". Well, Jase wouldn't have any part of that and immediately declared that they were going on the Catapult! Although Jone was pretty scared, I was so proud of him for following through. They did great! Sometimes you have to just look fear in the face and laugh. Good job guys!

Congrats Jack!
We were able to end our trip to Utah with Jack's 2nd birthday party with family. Joe was such a doting dad and Jack sure loved Elmo! I snapped about a billion pics and am glad a couple actually turned out! Overall it was a huge success--way to go Joe! I'm sure Jack loved turning 2!
