Our Bounty
We're starting to see some harvest from our great summer garden experiment this year. As you can see from the pictures, we've been blessed mostly with squash (crookneck and patty-pan), cucumbers, swiss chard lettuce, and okra. So, I've been getting pretty good with making lettuce wraps for lunch each day, okra/tomato/squash stir-fry, and refrigerator bread-n-butter pickles. We're anxiously looking forward to trying our watermelon, cantelope, and corn-on-the-cob. Yum!!
