April 21st, 2011 finally arrived and Jase and I, once again, stayed up late the night before in full decoration mode! Despite the cloudy weather, Ashy was super surprised when he woke up that morning and enjoyed a pumpkin pie smoothie for breakfast. The first order of the day was to open his HUGE gift, which turned out to be a roller coaster set. Jonah, being the amazing big brother that he is, promptly went to work setting it up for Ashy to play with. Boy! Ashy LOVED it! His favorite thing right now is marbles too. And once again we enjoyed yummy, gluten-free chocolate cake that evening.
I took the boys to the Draper Library later that afternoon and then we ate a quick lunch at McDonalds. Unfortunately there wasn't a playground there (there aren't ANY Micky Dee's in Draper with playgrounds!), but he still enjoyed it. Later, around 4pm, we picked up Jase and headed to the party.
