Who The Heck Is That?

So the local Wal-Mart reopened their McDonalds and had a few characters inside for the kiddos. I couldn't remember, for the life of me, who the heck this guy was...but Ashy was definitely intrigued. After I pointed him out, we stood there for what seemed like 30 minutes. Ashy just kept touching him, smiling at him, trying to talk to him, hugging him, etc. Finally I had to practically drag him away for fear of annoying this guy! But it sure was cute...
